Position: Freelance Graphic Designer – 20-30 hours a week

Location: Philadelphia, PA 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to create visually stunning designs that align with clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives.
  • Develop compelling graphics for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our creative projects.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and design elements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience with WordPress (design, edits, simple sites)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and reporting
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Must be available during EST business hours 

 

Nice to Haves: 

  • Proficiency in SEO
  • Certification in Google Analytics
  • Previous experience with paid advertising campaigns
  • Prior project management work
  • Familiarity with Basecamp, Cloud Campaign, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Hootsuite
