Objective
Hawthorne, PA tech company Dyventive wanted to reach out more businesses in need of assistance with live presentations, such as conferences, shareholder meetings, everyday presentations, holiday parties and more. Dyventive specializes in facilitating virtual meetings and business presentations by providing state-of-the-art software and connection assistance. On an annual basis, they successfully implement thousands of event technology projects for the world’s leading pharmaceutical, financial, technology, association, and conference and event management organizations. The company asked Octo to expand their reach to even more companies in the Northeast and throughout the rest of the country by revamping some of their marketing materials.
Challenges
Many, if not most, companies have their preferred vendors for just about everything, from who makes the coffee deliveries to who installs the phones to who assists with live presentations and meetings. Octo knew that it would be a bit of a challenge to get companies with established telecommunications relationships to switch vendors. We also knew, however, that if we could effectively convey the advantages of partnering with Dyventive (global resources, boutique customer care approach, comprehensive menu of services, etc.), that the process would become much easier.
Methodology
The process began with identifying improvable areas of the company’s messaging and reshaping their brand to better articulate their scope of services. We took this a step further by providing new content, refreshing their brand, providing a new tagline, crafting new multimedia marketing materials and helping them bolster their presence at tradeshows and industry events (yes, we provided event-planning services for an event technology company). One of the most impactful elements of our services was the expansion and refresh of their website. This helped them attract more potential customers without having to do any physical legwork or expending additional sales resources.
Results
Our integrated marketing services have allowed Dyventive to gain valuable market-share in their industry, attract more customers and establish lasting relationships with business across the country. We were delighted to be part of this exciting marketing project.
