Keith is looking to become a trusted resource for hospitality and food service businesses looking for solutions in point-of-sale systems and capital access.
Objective
Octo collaborated with Keith to define his core values, unique strengths, and service offerings by conducting research to identify entry points for his business.
This work includes developing a brand name, logo, and messaging strategy to effectively engage various audiences.
Octo’s work begins by crafting detailed client avatars, identifying super fans, and designing outreach materials, setting Keith up for success.
Challenges
For many years, Keith provided his services in the Hospitality industry as a solopreneur. He utilized his earned relationships and extensive knowledge in the space to support various business owners. He had a hard time monetizing his service and value as “friend giving great advice” Launching Table Tech Partners gave him a platform to productize his offerings.
In addition, it was necessary to condense all of the Cloud-Based POS technicalities into an easy-to-understand brand, with clear working processes and an attractive client-facing look. Octo dived deep into his business processes to gain a full understanding of how it works and its core values and proposals.
Methodology
By working back-to-back with Keith and asking the right questions, Octo got hands-on with developing and launching Keith Christy’s brand-new Company: TableTech Partners.
Octo needed to create an environment for this brand to live in, and for the audience to easily understand and connect with his services.
This included:
Primary research.
Developing a clear Message Map
Creating the brand’s name.
Logo development.
Brand Guidelines.
Cloud-Based POS Guidebooks.
Business cards.
Outreach tactics to implement during launch.
Designing and developing TableTech Partners’ Website.
Creating Client contact forms and providing access to Keith’s Calendly on the website.
Brand Kit/Assets.
Based on our research and the information our client provided, we developed a launch strategy that included Email campaigns, Social Media posts, and an operational Landing page that allows the clients to reach out to TableTech Partners and learn how the company works.
Results
TableTech Partners and Octo were thrilled to officially launch the brand with a full client-facing experience. By creating an ecosystem for TableTech Partners’ unique services and personalized working methodology to live in, we were able to solidify the brand on all fronts, setting up their business for success.
